Our mission is to provide men and women with continuous Christ based coaching programs designed to promote spiritual well being and healing, combined with empowerment, encouragement and enlightenment through the faith and strength of other Christians.

About Susan Rae Baker
Susan Rae Baker was born and raised in Bloomfield, New Jersey. She is the proud mother of 4 adult children whom she has always seen as her greatest accomplishment in life, and two granddaughters who are her joy!
In the healthcare arena, her career has consisted of Practice Management, she is certified as an Assisted Living Administrator, and developer of an urgent care center and a medical billing company. Susan took great joy in helping seniors find safe environments in which to age in place along with helping the patient and family through the transitional stages.
The second part of her career was spent in the Financial Services Industry as a Vice President and Branch Manager for 3 Large Commercial Banks and 2 Community banks.
Susan has also worked in career development as the Director of Recruiting for North Western Mutual Financial Network.
Susan made the transition from corporate employee to entrepreneur in order to use her God given gifts to help people reach their full potential both in their careers and at home. Her greatest desire is to encourage, enlighten and empower individuals through a strong Faith based program.
Susan has also been a guest speaker on Fox 21 WBOC TV and WMDT TV CBS.
She currently resides in Bridgeville, Delaware with her husband Steven.
